Massachusetts has one of the busiest healthcare and EMS ecosystems in the country. Between Boston’s hospital corridor, hundreds of ambulance services, and thousands of workplaces with OSHA obligations, the demand for high-quality training never slows down. Life Saving Education delivers CPR, BLS, ACLS, PALS, first aid, OSHA, and EMS training in Boston and Greater Boston, taught by an instructor who works as an active firefighter, paramedic, and registered nurse.

Massachusetts OEMS-Approved EMS Continuing Education
This is what sets our Massachusetts offering apart. Life Saving Education provides Massachusetts Office of Emergency Medical Services-approved continuing education for all three current Massachusetts EMS certification levels: EMT, Advanced EMT, and Paramedic.
This is continuing education for already-certified EMS personnel, not an initial certification program. Initial EMT, Advanced EMT, and Paramedic education must be delivered through a Massachusetts DPH-accredited training institution at the applicable level.
For CE used toward Massachusetts recertification, the course must carry the applicable OEMS approval or registration number issued by OEMS or a Regional EMS Office. The approval number, eligible hours, delivery format, and participant requirements are identified in each course announcement or completion document. Keep your completion certificate or roster documentation for your records.
Ambulance services and fire departments can request agency-specific programs covering clinical assessment, airway and ventilation, resuscitation, trauma, medical emergencies, pediatric care, operations, leadership, communication, and simulation.
