Life Saving Education exists to make training useful when the situation stops being comfortable. We teach CPR, EMS, healthcare, fire-service, OSHA Outreach, HAZWOPER, confined-space, and workplace-safety programs with an emphasis on realistic decision-making, practical skill, and clear instruction.
The company was founded by Joseph Andrade, a firefighter, paramedic, registered nurse, OSHA Outreach instructor, and educator whose work has crossed the fireground, ambulance, hospital, and workplace-safety environment. That combination shapes how Life Saving Education approaches training: standards matter, but students also need to understand what those standards look like when a real person, real crew, or real workplace is under pressure.
Why Life Saving Education Was Built
Many training programs can teach the steps required to pass a course. Fewer programs connect those steps to the conditions that make people hesitate, miss hazards, communicate poorly, or lose control of a scene.
Life Saving Education was built around a different standard. Students should leave knowing not only what to do, but why it matters, what commonly goes wrong, and how to recognize when the situation in front of them no longer matches the easy version from the classroom.

Training Built Around Real Roles
Life Saving Education instructors bring operational and professional backgrounds relevant to the subjects they teach. Our Teaching Standard
Every course should accomplish four things:
- Make the standard understandable. Students should know what the rule, protocol, or skill requires without drowning in unnecessary jargon.
- Connect it to the real environment. Training should reflect the actual challenges of a workplace, ambulance, fireground, clinical setting, classroom, or community emergency.
- Build decisions, not just memorization. Students need to recognize changing conditions and know when the original plan is no longer safe or effective.
- Leave the learner more capable. A certificate or course card has value, but the real goal is competence and confidence that survive outside the classroom.
