AHA Heartsaver First Aid
IN-PERSON CLASS: This registration is for the instructor-led AHA Heartsaver First Aid classroom course.
Recognize common first aid emergencies, call for help, and provide practical first aid until advanced care arrives.
The American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid course prepares participants to recognize and respond to common medical emergencies, injuries, and environmental emergencies during the first critical minutes before professional help arrives.
In-person AHA Heartsaver First Aid for workplaces and community members. $69 per student, about 3 hours, classes of 6 to 16, and an AHA eCard valid for two years. Serving the Washington, DC region and other East Coast service areas.

Your Instructors
Life Saving Education courses are taught by a team of experienced instructors. Every LSE instructor is at least a paramedic with teaching experience, and many bring additional firefighter, clinical, technical-rescue, or occupational-safety backgrounds. The assigned instructor may vary by course, location, and specialty.

Completion Documents
Completion documents are issued by the applicable certifying organization after all attendance, skills, testing, and administrative requirements are met. A generic site certificate is never a substitute for an official course completion card or eCard. The organization imposing your training requirement decides what it will accept; verify the required course and completion document before registering.
