Life Saving Education (“LSE”) is committed to providing reasonable access to its website, registration process, and training programs for people with disabilities.
Website accessibility
We work to improve readable text, keyboard navigation, descriptive image text, color contrast, labels, headings, and compatibility with common assistive technologies. Because the website uses third-party systems such as WordPress, LearnPress, WooCommerce, payment tools, forms, and embedded content, some components may not be fully controlled by LSE.
Requesting help or an alternative format
If you experience difficulty using the website or need information in another reasonable format, contact us and identify the page, feature, or document involved. We will work in good faith to provide access or a practical alternative.
Course accommodations
Participants should request an accommodation as early as possible so LSE can coordinate with the participant, facility, employer, Training Center, Authorizing Training Organization, or issuing program when necessary.
Reasonable accommodations may include accessible seating, additional communication support, adjusted instructional presentation, or another method that preserves the essential course requirements. Accommodations cannot compromise safety, remove essential skills, alter protected core curricula, invalidate program rules, or require issuance of a completion document when required competencies are not demonstrated.
Physical course requirements
Some courses may require kneeling, chest compressions, lifting or moving training equipment, wearing personal protective equipment, or demonstrating hands-on skills. Contact LSE before class to discuss the course’s essential requirements and available options. Participants do not need to disclose unnecessary medical details.
Service animals and support persons
LSE will address requests involving service animals or support persons under applicable law and facility requirements, while maintaining safety, infection-control, confidentiality, and secure-testing rules.
How to Request an Accommodation
- Contact LSE as early as possible. Use the Contact page, email, or phone before the course date when practical.
- Identify the course or website issue. Tell us which class, page, document, registration step, or activity is creating a barrier and what type of access would help.
- Allow time for coordination. Some requests may require coordination with the training facility, issuing organization, Training Center, employer, or another program administrator.
- Review essential course requirements. LSE will work in good faith on reasonable access while preserving required safety, attendance, skills, testing, and completion standards.
